MLA Balwinder Ladi had gone to a religious congregation at Gurdwara Sahib in Sri Hargobindpur, Batala late Sunday evening in Gurdaspur. There was a pandal near Gurdwara Sahib. On his arrival, MLA Balwinder Ladi was honored by the managers. After this, as soon as the MLA started speaking from the stage, the farmers got enraged, they started shouting slogans and reached the stage.
