After state president Anoop Kesari, on Monday, AAP women’s wing president Mamta Thakur, two vice-presidents Sonia Bindal and Sangeeta, social media wing vice president Ashish Kumar and industry wing president DK Tyagi also joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. Satyendra Jain tweeted that a new working committee will be formed soon. During the last four days, more than half a dozen leaders of AAP have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. This is being seen as a big setback for the AAP party, because AAP is engaged in establishing itself in Himachal and is making claims of giving a third option to the people of the state.
