Cognizant relieves Nambiar from key portfolio – Times of India

Bengaluru: Cognizant said Rajesh Nambiari, EVP and president, digital business and technology, and president of Cognizant India, effective Wednesday, will cease to be the company’s EVP and President of Digital Business and Technology. He will also cease to be an executive officer of the company.
However, Nambiar will continue to serve as the EVP of Cognizant India as the Chairman and Managing Director. The Nasdaq-listed company said they would be compensated in such a role for those within the organization who are not executive officers. TOI had reported that Nambiar had earned $6.8 million in 2021. He started his current role on January 1 last year.
