CNG prices hiked in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad
Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has revised the retail price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.
The retail price of CNG in Delhi has been revised from Rs 43.40 per kg to Rs 44.30 per kg. The price of CNG per kg in Noida and Ghaziabad has been increased from Rs 49.08 to Rs 49.98.
This increase comes at a time when many people using petrol and diesel vehicles in Delhi-NCR are looking for a cheaper and cleaner option amidst skyrocketing prices. This hike is set to put pressure on the profit margins of CNG suppliers.
Meanwhile, the domestic price of domestic PNG has been revised to Rs 29.66 per standard cubic meter (scm) in Delhi. The domestic price of PNG in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad is Rs 29.61 per scm.
