Chief Justice of India NV Ramana expressed concern over the Ludhiana blasts. He spoke to the Chief Justice of Chandigarh High Court over phone. The blast took place in Punjab’s Ludhiana district court complex, killing two and injuring four. Sources said the blast took place in the bathroom on the second floor of the building.
