Preparing to answer China
In response to a question, Bagchi said – Whatever deployment we have done on the LAC is in response to China’s preparedness. If there is any action from that side, then India has every right to respond to it. We want China to resolve the already unresolved issues in Ladakh through dialogue.
Bagchi said- This month in Dushanbe, capital of Tajikistan, our Foreign Minister Jaishankar told Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi that the two countries should hold talks to resolve unresolved issues. For this, the earlier agreements and protocols should be taken into account.

During a summit on Thursday evening, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar presented India’s side regarding relations with China and America. On the situation in the US and the Indo-Pacific Ocean, the External Affairs Minister said – In South Asia, we (USA and India) did not work together earlier, but now the situation has changed rapidly. That’s why the quad platform became a must. Now there is also the issue of Afghanistan.
In response to a question, Jaishankar said- Quod is not for military purpose nor have we made it against anyone. Some people are spreading rumours, one should be careful about this. China is a large and influential country in this region. It is also important for the world in terms of economy. Every country has different challenges. We are also looking after our interests.
