Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 results will be released at cgbse.nic.in and students will have to score at least 33 per cent marks in each subject to qualify the exam.

Class 10 students in Chhattisgarh took their state board exams from March 2 to March 24. Students must obtain a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject as well as overall to be considered passed.

Based on the grading system for Class 10 results, students who score between 100 and 91 marks will get an A1 grade, while those who score between 90 and 81 marks will get an A2. This is followed by grade B1 for 80 to 71 marks and B2 for 70 to 61 marks. Those who score less than 33 marks will be given E1 grade and will have to appear for compartment exam. Students failing in one or more subjects may also be put under compartment examination by the board.

In 2022, the Chhattisgarh government decided to provide helicopter travel to the students who topped the 10th and 12th class exams. In a statement to the media, CM Bhupesh Baghel said that the decision was aimed at motivating children to perform better in their board exams. The state government sponsored the ride, which was provided to all the district toppers.

As per the data on Class 10th result in 2022, girls outperformed boys, with 78.84 per cent girls passing and 69.07 per cent boys. Out of nearly 8 lakh students who registered for the CGBSE Class 10 board exams, just over five lakh students appeared in the Class 10 exams, taking the overall pass percentage to 74.23 per cent.
