Her filmography includes high-profile projects such as Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Sooryavanshi, and the Tiger franchise. Interestingly, she turned down several movies in the past, unaware that they would later achieve massive success at the box office.

Following her on-screen chemistry with Shah Rukh Khan in Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Katrina Kaif was initially considered for the role of Meenalochani Azhagusundaram in Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express. However, she declined the offer reportedly due to discomfort with the role. The part eventually went to Deepika Padukone, contributing to the film’s immense success in 2013. Interestingly, Katrina later collaborated with Rohit Shetty in ‘Sooryavanshi,’ alongside Akshay Kumar.

It’s a lesser-known fact that Anurag Basu initially approached Katrina Kaif, not Ileana D’Cruz, for the film Barfi! opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
