Chakradharpur: Corona eclipse still on TTE rest houses, Bhojpa-Pani trapped in tender – Rail Hunt

  • Water does not remain in the toilet at night in Rourkela Rest Room
Geyser not repaired even after two weeks of complaint

Rourkela. Trains have started running at their own pace after Corona across the country. Regular trains started operating on the initiative of the Railway Minister, but the ghost of Corona still dominates the Chakradharpur Railway Division. Even now, Corona is still eclipsed by many facilities of railway workers and passengers. One of these is the facility of food, water and house keeping in TTE rest houses at four major stations. It has stations in Chakradharpur, Tata, Rourkela and Jharsuguda. Here the ticket inspectors are neither getting food nor water on time.

Alam is that when the ticket inspector reaches the rest house after taking the passengers to their destination continuously for four to six hours, they have to face many problems. If you take the example of Rourkela station, then at night time suddenly the water in the toilet stops, in such a situation, if you have a urge to defecate and if you forget to take water, then God will be your support. Here the geyser installed in the name of facilities has been closed for the last two weeks, yes its burning light creates a misunderstanding of its repair. It cannot be repaired even after repeated complaints.

At the time of outsourcing the TTE Rest House, a vegetable garden of facilities was shown in the Ministry of Railways, it has started proving to be false by getting trapped in the system. TTE rest houses were locked with the closure of trains at the time of Corona. Meanwhile, its tender has ended and when the trains started, the problem of food and water has arisen for TTE. Ticket inspectors say that the biggest problem in front of them comes with food. If it is not arranged soon, then their work efficiency will start getting affected. Same is the case with ticket inspectors coming to other stations.

More than 35 agencies have submitted tenders for TTE rest houses at four stations, after inspection of their documents, the tender will be finalized soon and with this the trouble of ticket inspectors will be removed. According to officials, by the second week of December, order will be restored in all the rest houses.
