The actor plays a pivotal role in the film ‘Seasons Greetings’ directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee and the film is a tribute to legendary filmmaker Rituparno Ghosh.
Actor Azhar Khan says, “Thanks to my director Ram Kamal Mukherjee and my leading lady Celina Jaitley that we have the UN free and equal to support our film, I had gay friends in my school and college, but I never Also never got the opportunity to interact with transgenders in my life.
Further added, “This film is about hope and happiness. When you watch the film, you will feel that every character is trying to bring some change in the society in their own way. May be it is like a regular commercial film. Don’t underline, but there are nuances. I am sure people like Usman and Romita exist in our society. It is so believable that you will feel emotionally connected with all of them,” assures Azhar.
