New Delhi: The messaging app WhatsApp is circulating fake information about the preparation of question papers of CBSE class 9 and 11 final exams. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has clarified that the board will not prepare question papers for the final examinations of class 9 and 11 and has advised not to believe in fake messages.
“It is reiterated that you do not believe any such information which is being circulated on social media and is not available on the website of the Board. The board firstly releases all the information on its website. Therefore the information available only on the website of the Board is certified,” the official notification reads.
Meanwhile, restraining the students from believing the fake message, the Press Information Bureau (PIB) on its official Twitter handle wrote Fact Check, “a #Whatsapp The message claims that the question paper for the final examinations of class 9th and 11th will be prepared by @cbseindia29 is in vogue.”
