CBSE Board Exams 2023: Till now the board has not shared the theory timetable, although the examinations will start from February 15 like earlier states by the board. Practicals will start from 2nd January

central board of secondary education (CBSE) will release the datesheet of 10th and 12th board exam 2023 soon. As of now, the board has not shared the theory timetable, however, the exams will begin from February 15, as stated earlier by the board. Datesheet of practical exam has been released on the official site CBSE cbse.gov.in, and on cbse.nic.in. Practicals will start from 2nd January.

The board usually releases the date sheet 45 to 60 days prior to the exam. For 2023, CBSE will revert to pre-pandemic levels for 10th and 12th board exams. This means schools have been instructed to switch to the full syllabus instead of the reduced syllabus being used during the last two years of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The education ministry had earlier confirmed that a minimum of 40 per cent questions in CBSE Class 10 exam 2023 and 30 per cent in Class 12 exam 2023 would be merit-based. As per the revised CBSE paper pattern for class 10 and class 12, the questions for the board exam 2023 will come in different formats, including objective type, constructed response type, assertion and argument and case-based problems.

The written test will carry 80 marks while the internal assessment or practical will carry the remaining 20 marks. The board has also released the sample papers along with the on marking scheme.

Meanwhile, CBSE Board Exam 2023 aspirants are taking to social media platforms to urge the board officials to announce the complete schedule of the exam at the earliest. The delay in the declaration of the date sheet has been a cause of worry for those students as they claim that less than a few months are left. Releasing the timetable soon will help them to prepare To board “in a proper and optimal manner.”
