CBSE Class 10 likely to resume by this weekCBSE Board 10th Class Result 2021 Release Date and Time: Following in the footsteps of the state boards, the Central Board of Secondary Examination will release the class 10 and class 12 results soon. The result will be published on the official result portal and various digital portals. This year, the board exams were canceled due to the rise in Covid-19 cases during the second wave of Covid-19.
Since the deadline to declare the result as per the Supreme Court order is July 31, it is highly anticipated that the board will release the class 10th result this week. Whenever the result will be released, the official site of CBSE result can be checked at cbseresults.nic.in.
Keeping the safety of the student in mind, CBSE had come up with an alternative marking scheme, but no instruction on the new marking policy has reached the schools conducting the evaluation without the final exam. CBSE has also decided to refer to the previous board exam performance (state board or any other board) for the calculation of the result. Soon the policy will be prepared, such schools will be instructed to work according to the policy. Till then they should wait,” CBSE has earlier informed such schools.
On May 1, CBSE said that the results would be tabulated on the basis of their performance in unit tests, half-yearly examinations and pre-board examinations conducted by schools. The board has said that no merit certificate will be issued this year and it will not release the list of top 0.1% merit candidates.
Further, if the candidates are not satisfied with their results, CBSE will give the option of online registration to appear for the physical examination. The examination will be conducted in the main subjects only when the conditions are favorable for conducting the examination. However, the marks obtained by a candidate in the exam will be considered as the final marks for those who choose to take this test and the earlier evaluation will no longer be valid, the board has approved.
