Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday, August 19 said that he will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 23 to discuss the issue of caste-based census with representatives of all parties in the state.
Kumar said Leader of Opposition in the state assembly Tejashwi Yadav would also be part of the delegation.
“I had sought an appointment with the PM along with an all-party delegation from Bihar, including Tejashwi Yadav of RJD, to discuss the issue of caste-based census. I thank him for giving us time next Monday at 11 am.”
