A car exploded outside the Turkish embassy in Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday morning, Kyrgyz media reported.
“This is not a terrorist act,” Interior Ministry’s press service chief Tilek Otorov told AKIpress. The driver of the car was said to have successfully escaped before the explosion.
