According to the information, the bus carrying 38 trainee jawans was going to Mungeli from the Police Training School at Mainpat. When passersby saw the accident, they informed the police. After this the soldiers were pulled out and sent to the hospital.

Police said – the bus was speeding, the driver said, brake failed
Police say that the driver was driving the bus at a very high speed. Due to this, the turn became uncontrollable and the driver could not handle it. The soldiers were not injured much in the accident. At the same time, the bus driver Mungelilal says that the brakes of the bus had failed. Because of this he could not control. However, the bus driver is completely safe. He hasn’t got hurt. PTS SP Ravi Kumar said that all the jawans are fine.

150 jawans were sought from Police Training School for CM’s program. For this, 4 private buses were sent from Mungeli itself. Two of these buses returned last night with about 70-80 soldiers. Two buses were carrying the soldiers on Saturday morning. The bus which was behind them overturned uncontrollably. The driver says that the brakes of the bus failed.
