Bulldozer will run in Shaheen Bagh after Jahangirpuri: MCD will break illegal construction again, plan ready for 3 wards; action can be taken today

After Jahangirpuri in Delhi, preparations are being made to run a bulldozer in Shaheen Bagh as well. Delhi Mayor Mukesh Suryank has reached Sarita Vihar, Jaitpur, Madanpur Khadar area to survey the encroachment. MCD is conducting investigation campaign in three wards.

The mayor said that he has come to investigate the occupation of Yamuna, construction of dargah-mosque and illegal settlement of Bangladeshi Rohingyas. Those who have the documents of the court, action will be taken through the court. Action can be taken on the rest today, that is, bulldozers can run on illegal constructions.

The Mayor also informed that apart from Shaheen Bagh, he has identified many areas like Okhla, Vishnu Garden and Madanpur Khadar, where people have illegally constructed on government land. He said that an action plan has been prepared and in the coming time we will get the land cleared from illegal construction.
