BTS: V’s track for Korean drama Christmas Tree will be released on this date Our Sweet Summer

The teaser of BTS singer V’s new track Christmas Tree has been released. The K-pop idol composed the song for the ongoing K-drama Our Sweet Summer as part of its official soundtrack. The title and release date were confirmed with the teaser. Popular television series stars Wei’s Friends, Oscar-winning film Parasite fame actor Choi Woo-shik, and Eighteen Class star Kim Dae-mi.

The preview clip contains excerpts from the show’s third episode. Kim’s character is seen trying to please a troubled Choi sitting in front of an ice cream shop. In Our Sweet Summer, Choi plays a reclusive artist. As he watches in amazement, she showers a handful of flower petals on him. As petals fall around them, Choi leans in for a kiss as a piano instrument plays in the background. Last year, the singer sang a track called Sweet Night for the K-drama Eighteen Class, starring Wee’s friend, actor Park Seo-joon.

Earlier this month, V made his Instagram debut alongside other members of the Grammy-nominated band. The 25-year-old set two new Guinness World Records. V broke the record for the fastest time on Instagram to reach 1 million and 10 million followers respectively.

Last week, while vacationing in Hawaii, V teased fans with an unreleased track. He posted a series of Instagram Stories, captioning each clip with a letter that read, “I love you.”
