BTS: J-Hope reveals Friendship tattoo, shares pics from ‘Now to Come’ after group’s ‘hiatus’ announcement

BTS shocked their worldwide fans when they shared yesterday that they will take a break as a group and focus on their solo pursuits. Soon after, a statement was made by their agency Hybe, who clarified that the group would not take a hiatus but would instead focus on their solo work. Meanwhile, rapper Jung Hosek or J-Hope has shared a post proving that even if they take a hiatus as a group, their bond and friendship will always connect them and bring them back to each other.

J-Hope and his fellow BTS members RM, Jin, Jimin, Suga, V, and Jungkook got friendship tattoos done. Earlier, Jimin’s ‘7’ tattoo was spotted by some eagle-eyed fans, and later when the anthology album Proof dropped, RM shared a photo of his tattoo as well. Now, J-Hope has unveiled her ‘7’ tattoo along with some scenes from her music video Still to Come.

Meanwhile, J-Hope will be the first member to debut solo. International news outlets stated that other members of the band would also release solo projects in the future. It has also been reported that BTS will release its variety program “Run! BTS.”

During the Festa dinner, BTS insisted that they need to take a break to find their voice and direction again. They will also work on their personal projects from now on, starting with J-Hope, who is all set to perform as a solo act at the Lollapalooza Music Festival. “This is also a new direction for us as a company, the attitude towards solo projects has changed,” he said. While BTS as a band will be on a break, all members will release their individual music at this time.
