Jalandhar: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has announced its first possible Brahmin candidate in Punjab for the upcoming Assembly elections It announced the appointment of Sushil Kumar ‘Pinky’ Sharma as ‘constituency in-charge’ from Dasuya. Pinky Sharma joined the BSP on 14 September after resigning from the BJP. This is the second seat in Hoshiarpur district in which the BSP has included a leader of another party and announced its possible candidature. Earlier, Shiromani Akali Dal leader Lakhwinder Singh Lakhi was inducted into the BSP and announced the party’s candidate from Tanda Urmur seat.
