BSF distributed sweets on the Indo-Pak and Bangladesh border on the occasion of Bakrid

Bakrid is one of the most important festivals of Islam religion and is celebrated with great pomp across the country. On this occasion people are seen congratulating each other. Meanwhile, Border Security Force (BSF) and Pakistani Rangers shared happiness by feeding each other sweets along the India and Pakistan International Border in Barmer district of Rajasthan. During this, the soldiers of both the countries were seen following the rules of Kovid-19.

Due to the corona virus epidemic, people could not celebrate the festival of Bakrid with much enthusiasm last year. However, this year also it is necessary to follow the rules of Kovid-19. Today, on the occasion of Bakrid, there is a lot of activity across the country. At the same time, happiness is being distributed by the soldiers on the border.

Sweets were also distributed along the India-Bangladesh border on the occasion of Bakrid.

On the occasion of Bakrid in West Bengal’s Phulbari today, the 51st Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel distributed sweets along the Indo-Bangladesh border. South Bengal Frontier BSF exchanged sweets and greetings with Border Guard Bangladesh at Paratrapol, ICP and other border posts on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

There is cordial relations between the two Border Security Forces. It also helps to build and strengthen cordial relationships. In a statement issued by the BSF, it was said that establishing a relationship of cordiality by exchanging sweets on the occasion of festivals in both the countries has been a long-standing tradition between the two security forces. This will further strengthen the relations between the two countries in the coming times.
