Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt Starrer Brahmastra tops the list of Google’s ‘Most Searched Indian Film of 2022’. It has also left behind Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 and Anupam Kher’s The Kashmir Files to rule the top spot of the list. Both these films are on the second and third position in the list.

The fourth most Googled Indian film of the year is SS Rajamouli’s RRR starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR. RRR is followed by Rishabh Shetty’s Kantara. Interestingly, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa: The Rise, which released in December 2021, also managed to rule the sixth spot in the list. Vikram, Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2 are also on the list. Hollywood movie, Marvel Thor: Love and Thunder is dominating the tenth position in the most Googled Indian movie of 2022.

After the film’s release, in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Ayan talked about Brahmastra – Part Two: Dev and shared that he plans to release the film in three years. “The origin story of Part Two and Part Three has always been there. The entire concentration till now was on Brahmastra – Part One: Shiva as it was the foundation film in the trilogy. Our aim is to make the film in a very short time. The idea is to come up with a film in three years.”
