Bomb threat in Purushottam Express, Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express train being searched after the Dagmapur station master received a threat of explosion in the train near Jhingura railway station. The train is currently halted at Chunar railway station in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
According to reports, Dagmagpur station master received information on walkie-talkie about a bomb in the locomotive (engine) of Purushottam Express. The station master was informed that there would be a blast in the train near Jhingura station. As soon as the information was received, the train was stopped at Chunar railway station in Mirzapur and search is on.
The bomb disposal squad along with the officers of GRP, RPF, Fire Department is conducting a thorough search of the train at Chunar station.
