Karan Deol, grandson of Dharmendra, who made his big Bollywood Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, directed by father Sunny Deol, recently revealed how his uncle Bobby Deol inspired him when the film failed at the box-office.

In a recent interview with an RJ, Karan revealed that when the film flopped, Bobby came up to him and inspired him by giving his example. Bobby told him that despite giving the biggest start of his career and giving many hits, he did not get work for three years.

Elaborating further, Bobby tells his nephew that after three years he is back in his groove. He believes that he has been re-launched in the industry.

Karan will be seen in Anil Sharma’s Apne 2 alongside Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby Deol. He was last seen in the 2021 film ‘Vale’. The film also featured uncle Abhay Deol. The crime-comedy film produced by Ajay Devgn also starred Mouni Roy, Anya Singh, Sawant Singh Premi and Vishesh Tiwari in lead roles.

On the other hand, Bobby has an interesting line-up of films in the pipeline. He was last seen in ‘Love Hostel’ which released on an OTT platform. It also stars Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Massey in lead roles.

Apart from this, Bobby has also been roped in for Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role along with Anil Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra. Bobby also has ‘Ashram 3’ in his bag.
