It’s been a year for spin legend Shane Warne to live in heaven at the age of 52. A role model for many budding cricketers around the world, the former Australia cricketer retired with 1001 international wickets. With 708 scalps, he was tied for secondRaHighest wicket-taker in Test cricket for more than a decade. In ODIs, Warne has taken 293 wickets in 191 matches.

On the evening of March 4, 2022, Warne’s manager dropped shocking news to the world, stating that the 52-year-old Australian legend was no more. Initial reports suggested that Warne died alone in a hotel room under mysterious circumstances. It was revealed that Warne had experienced chest pains prior to his death in Thailand.
