Blackpink’s Jisoo completes 10 years with YG Entertainment; Celebrate BLINKs

K-pop idol group Blackpink singer Jisoo celebrated her tenth anniversary of joining South Korea’s YG Entertainment Company on July 30. Jisoo started his journey in the world of entertainment in July 2011 after being selected as a trainee by YG Entertainment. Audition by singing Lee Eun Mi’s ballad I Have a Lover. Since then, she has become one of the global K-pop idols as part of Blackpink.

Jisoo fans and followers trended the hashtag “A Decade with Jisoo” on Twitter as they shared their favorite moments from the singer’s creative journey.

A fan account on Twitter posted a video that captured Jisoo’s journey from being an apprentice to making her debut as an idol singer. The fan account accompanying the video wrote, “It’s been 10 years since JISOO was cast as a trainee by YGE and became a member of Blackpink. We are so proud of you. We love to smile, your heartwarming messages and our Thank you for your endless love for me. We love you. Jisoo 10 years with YG.”

Blackpink’s US fan account also shared a video and a cute message for the artist on Twitter. The fan account sent out a message saying, “You’ve worked so hard to get where you are and now you’re one of the biggest actors in the world, you’re about to make your lead actress debut, and you’ve impressed KPOP.” In so many ways.”

Apart from being a singer, Jisoo will also venture into other creative fora like acting. The 26-year-old actress will soon be seen opposite Jung Hee-in in this year’s upcoming film Snowdrop. Jisoo also starred in the 2015 Korean drama The Producers.
