To mark the completion of two decades of uninterrupted service in public office by Prime Minister Narendra Modi since he was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated the occasion with several events on October. ready for 7.

“Party workers will mark the day by cleaning rivers, spreading awareness among the public about the work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at booth level and other such social programs. Party workers will make people aware about policies at every booth in the country. BJP sources said.

The cleaning of rivers in the country will be part of the day’s plan under the Swachh Bharat Mission, sources said. He further informed that MLAs, MPs and others will ensure implementation of the scheme in their respective constituencies.

Another BJP source said, “Gurdwaras across the country will perform ‘Ardas’ for the long life of PM Modi and langar will be organized as part of ‘Seva Samarpan’. Many Sikh committees have already been doing this in one or the other part of the country. It’s over.” .

BJP national president JP Nadda had launched the ‘Seva and Samarpan Abhiyan’ at the party headquarters in the national capital in September to mark the 71st birth anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The BJP President had said that it is the vision of the Prime Minister that every person of the country should be benefited by the development works of the government. According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit the Kedarnath temple on October 7.

The likely date of the Prime Minister’s visit is believed to be 6 October. This will be PM Modi’s second temple visit during his tenure; The last time he visited Kedarnath temple was in 2019.

Meanwhile, assembly elections are due in February 2022 in Uttarakhand along with four more states. Notably, to reach out to families whose members have served or are serving in the defense forces, the BJP government in Uttarakhand will organize a ‘Shaheed Samman Yatra’ in October.

The yatra will be organized a few months before the assembly elections in the state and is expected to boost the ruling party’s prospects. The party is hoping to reach out to voters in every village of the state through the yatra.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been the Chief Minister of Gujarat for 13 years. Later, he became the Prime Minister of India and currently holds the same position.
