In the third episode, the UPA government is accused of being responsible for the 2012 scam. The video message said, “When Manmohan Singh became the Prime Minister for the second time, he made many promises, but the scams of the Congress grabbed headlines then.” The episode claimed that India had lost Rs 1,86,000 crore due to the scam.

Rana Kapoor is quoted in the video as saying that he was forced to write to Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to buy the painting. He said that the money received in exchange for the painting was used for the treatment of Sonia Gandhi.

The BJP video contains a “case study” which allegedly exposes corruption by the Gandhi family, citing FATF, the global watchdog on money laundering and terror financing.

The video claimed that the money was to be used for the treatment of former Congress president Sonia Gandhi. Notably, the Congress responded to these claims as “political vendetta” and questioned the credibility of Rana Kapoor and the ED.

That money could have been used for many useful areas of security and development,” the narrator says in the episode.

At least 24 INS Vikrant, 300 Rafale jets and 1000 Mars missions could have been built or bought with the money looted by Congress. But the country had to pay the price for the corruption of the Congress and it lagged behind in the race for progress.
