Besides them, RJD leader and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Uddhav Thackeray and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav was the signatory of the letter.

To counter his allegations, the BJP on Thursday sent its local leaders to the states of these opposition leaders – Telangana, West Bengal, Delhi, Punjab, Bihar, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh – BJP’s national media in-charge Anil Baluni said.

These leaders who wrote letters to the Prime Minister have themselves been involved in corruption. And the investigating agencies are following the legal action. Baluni said that they are making false allegations against the investigating agencies to save themselves.

Sukanta Majumdar (West Bengal), Bandi Sanjay (Telangana), K Surendran (Kerala), Ashwini Sharma (Punjab) and Ravinder Raina (Jammu and Kashmir) – all presidents of the party’s state units held press conferences in their respective states and Countered the allegations of the opposition.
