BJP Foundation Day: PM Modi to address workers, ‘Know BJP’ program

Various programs planned by the BJP will be for a whole week starting from 6th April and ending with the commemoration of Ambedkar Jayanti on 14th April.

An official release issued by the BJP said, “Hoist the party flag with due process at 9 am. Firstly, BJP President JP Nadda will interact with a group of foreign envoys on the party’s foundation day and apprise them of its ideology, culture and functioning.

Vijay Chauthawale, in-charge of the party’s overseas affairs cell, said Nadda’s talks with 13 ambassadors from Asian and European countries would be held under a program called ‘Know the BJP’.

“On Wednesday, on the foundation day of BJP, we are starting a new initiative named Know BJP (Bhajapa ko jaaniye) for foreign audiences. The heads of 13 missions will hold talks with the BJP President. This is the beginning, many more such events will be organized with foreign representatives, and in addition there will be party-to-party talks,” said Vijay Chauthwale.

A documentary on the party’s visit would also be shown to the envoys at the BJP headquarters on Wednesday evening, he said. The documentary will depict the journey of Jana Sangh and Bharatiya Janata Party. A special coffee table book ‘Nation First’ will also be distributed among the guests, the BJP said in a statement.

He said the party president will talk about the party’s history, struggles and successes.
