Patra claimed that whenever something “good” happens in the country, be it the COVID vaccination policy or the Central Vista project, some people have targeted it. He alleged that the incident exposed the role of foreign funding and foreign conspiracy behind such campaigns to humiliate India.

He said that the Central Vista project got approval from the courts, but some people are pushing their agenda in a “stubborn” manner to demean India. Patra claimed that ever since Modi became the Prime Minister, he has become a thorn in the body of some leaders of not only here but foreign powers.
