A Kathmandu-bound Biman Bangladesh flight with 77 passengers was on Friday diverted to Patna airport due to a technical glitch. A senior official of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) confirmed that all the passengers on board the aircraft were safe. It was told that the pilots noticed some technical snag in the aircraft and diverted it to Patna airport, where it landed safely.
