Patna: A Salon Owner Darbhanga giving the district free haircut And shave the beneficiaries who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Shambhu Kumar Thakur, owner of a salon at Baita Chowk in Darbhanga, told IANS that he is providing free haircuts to people to boost the vaccination drive in the district.
Those seeking the free service are required to present their vaccination certificates or clicked selfies while taking the shots.
“The state government is taking various steps to inform people about the vaccination campaign. I have also decided to educate people,” Thakur said.
He said, “I have provided free service to over 200 customers till now. I have also put up a board outside the salon stating the offer.”
