Bihar: Firing outside JDU leader’s clinic in Hajipur, FIR registered. Patna News – Times of India

Hajipur: Several rounds firing Janata Dal-United (JDU) General Secretary Dr Asma Parveen Misha Clinic In Hajipur on Friday.
Parveen’s Misha clinic is located in Johri Bazar under Hajipur police station area, where some goons fired several rounds with a gun on Friday night and the entire incident was captured on CCTV.
According to Parveen, the name of the accused is Mantu Rai and he is a resident of a nearby society.
Parveen said, “We are familiar with him, so he was allowed to enter the clinic late at night and soon he started firing.”
“They fired the first round at a worker inside the clinic, who missed and later eight to ten rounds were fired outside the clinic,” he said.
Parveen also told that four months ago the father of the accused was undergoing treatment at Misha Clinic due to Kovid-19. Unfortunately, he succumbed to the virus and Mantu Rai blamed the clinic for his father’s death, she said.
According to Parveen’s husband Mohan Kumar, there were about two to three attackers who attacked the clinic.
“They first entered the clinic and started abusing me,” Kumar said.
“Luckily, the worker who was hit by the bullet is safe and there is no major damage,” he said.
At present, an FIR has been registered against the accused Mantu Rai and other attackers.
