Eijaz Khan, best known for participating in Bigg Boss 7, was caught at the Mumbai airport by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in 2021 in a drug-related case. After two years of imprisonment, Ejaz was recently granted bail. His wife is eagerly waiting for their reunion with great enthusiasm.
Eijaz’s wife said in a statement that it is a happy day for the family and they miss him a lot. Ayesha Khan says, “It’s a happy moment for us and we can’t wait to have her at home with us. We’ve missed her a lot over the years.”
The Bigg Boss 7 fame will finally be able to return home after spending two years in jail. He has got bail. He will be released from Arthur Road Jail today, May 19 at around 6.40 pm.
In 2021, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raids Eijaz Khan’s residence and discovers drugs. Subsequently, upon his arrival from Jaipur, Khan was caught by the NCB at the airport. An NCB official told ANI, “During the search of his house, 4.5 grams of Alprozole tablets were incidentally recovered, but he has been arrested mainly because of his association with the Batata gang.”
For the unversed, the actor was born in Ahmedabad. He has starred in movies such as Rakta Charitra, Lakeer ka Fakeer, Dookudu, Naayak, and Allah Ke Banday and acted in several television serials including Rahe Tera Aashirwaad and Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki. In 2013, Ajaz participated in the Salman Khan-Hosted reality show Bigg Boss 7 and he grabbed headlines due to his stint in the show. He was also seen in the TV show Comedy Nights with Kapil.
