In the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 16, host Farah Khan welcomes Anil Kapoor to the house. He plays a task and appoints Priyanka Chowdhary as the day manager and Shiv Thackeray as the night manager.
Farah Khan took over the hosting duties Salman Khan For the week. The filmmaker is very excited to handle the duties and has also extended Republic Day greetings to the fans. Farah welcomes Mika Singh who has been making guest appearances on the show for several seasons. The singer enters the house to lighten the mood of the inmates and also makes them dance to his tunes. He also does a fun task with the contestants in which the contestants choose their enemies and shock them through a clock. We also see Anil Kapoor entering the house to promote his show The Night Manager.
Archana Gautam gave a blow to Shaleen Bhanot. Sumbul Priyanka chooses Chahar Chowdhary, and explains the reason that she let the other person down. She also says that the Udaariyan actress often taunts her for making Sumbul shed tears. Whereas, Mika Singh sang the song with guitar. Mika then calls MC Stan, who points towards Archana. The rapper says she is very ‘fly’. After this Mika asks Archana to sing a song when she gets shocked by the clock. The actress sings Lag Jaa Gale, and then refuses to sing as she is shocked by the clock. Later, Shiva targets Archana as well. When Shaleen is called on stage, he takes Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary’s name to blow things out of proportion, at the same time, Shaleen sings Chura Liya Hai Tumne, while Priyanka screams shocked by the clock. After this, we see Mika Singh wishing everyone well and saying goodbye to the prisoners.
After this, we see Farah Khan entering the house and meeting the housemates. Next, we see Anil Kapoor making a grand entry to promote his show ‘The Night Manager’ starring Aditya Roy Kapur. After this, Anil Kapoor praises MC Stan for his language. He even learns his vocabulary and repeats it after the rapper, leaving everyone in splits. Anil also calls MC Stan ‘Dhakkan’ and Majnu Bhai’s dialogue ‘Whenever I pick up a brush, I don’t pick up a gun’ teaches us.
After this, Anil asks Shaleen Bhanot to act herself, and Farah laughs out loud. Next, we see Anil Kapoor talking to Archana Gautam and she asks him to compose a shayari for her. She blushes a lot after which the hero actor calls her ‘archu’. As she closes her eyes to recite poetry, Anil Kapoor comes close to her and hugs her from behind. After meeting her she becomes very happy, Anil also presents her a picture of a rose. Thereafter, he invites Sumbul to dance, and she stuns everyone when she dances to the colors of Besharam.
After this, Anil Kapoor plays a task with the housemates and asks the housemates to give the manager’s tag. Archana tags Shiv and says he manages his troupe. Priyanka also takes the name of Shiv Thackeray and calls him manager. Shalin takes Priyanka’s name. MC Stan names Priyanka to manage Tina. Sumbul points towards Priyanka and says that Archana is being managed by her. Shiv chose Priyanka. Nimrit is also on the target of the Udariya actress. In the end, Anil Kapoor calls Shiv Thackeray the day manager and Priyanka the night manager. After this he bid farewell to the contestants.
