New Delhi: It’s that time of the season when Colors’ Bigg Boss 16 welcomes family members of some of the housemates to the most coveted house of the country. The housemaster established that the housemates were to ‘freeze’ in their place and remain motionless until the ‘release’ command.
In tonight’s episode, the first family member to step inside the house after the first freeze was announced is Waheeda Tadvi, mother of contestant MC Stan. Both the rapper and his mother broke down in tears when they hugged after being separated for three months. She applauds her for showing courage and making everyone proud. Rapper’s rival, Shalin Bhanot apologizes to MC Stan’s mother for abusing her son with folded hands, to which she advises that they all should respect each other’s parents. She tells that when there is a fight between MC Stan and Archana Gautam, both of them look bad in front of the audience. He is happy to inform that people are convinced of the friendship between Shiv Thackeray and MC Steyn.
The highlight is when the housemates talk about Buba, the rapper’s girlfriend, whom he often misses in the presence of his mother. Stan’s mother also teases him for being Bubba and compliments their relationship in front of the other housemates.
While the house is buzzing with the energy of the rapper’s mother, ‘Bigg Boss’ announced that those who have complaints against Archana Gautam can now raise it with her brother Gulshan Gautam, who is back in the house for the second time after the freeze was announced. Let’s enter. Before hugging Archana, he dances away while she is crying profusely in the kitchen area. It is revealed that Archana’s brother is entertaining just like her. He reveals all the interesting details of Archana.
After the announcement of the third freeze, Gurpreet Singh Ahluwalia enters the house as the proud father of Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Ordered to be released, she embraces her father, who is greeted warmly by troupe members, MC Steyn, Shiv Thackeray, Sajid Khan and Abdu Rozick. He gives the biggest hug to Chhota Bhaijaan. When he meets Priyanka, his daughter’s rival, he says that he is glad that there is another army kid on the show. He also explains to Nimrit how she is doing well but will now play different roles, come out and speak her heart out.
The motif for this episode was that the housemate whose family members entered the house should rest and their parents should participate in a captaincy task conducted by the eight nominated-immunity housemates. While MC Stan, Nimrit and Archana are resting, their family members bring their A-game to the task for which the garden area is converted into a chicken farm. The contenders are the chickens of this farm and each is allotted a tray. The chickens (contenders) must catch grains thrown by a non-contestant standing on a raised platform. Whoever has the most cereal in their tray wins the round.
After the first round, Shiva wins with maximum grains and evicts Soundarya and Tina. Now these two will be the directors of three more rounds. However, Soundarya is not happy with Shiva’s decision but she has been ousted from this week’s captaincy forever.
