With the selection of Ankit Gupta as the new captain, the dynamics inside the Bigg Boss house is expected to change. However, in a recent episode, Archana Gautam opened up about her feelings for Ankit during a conversation with her close friend Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary. He confesses to Priyanka that he is infatuated with Ankit.
Priyanka and Archana were sitting next to each other when Ankit passed by and the model-turned-politician said she wished she had a friend like her. Ankit overhears their conversation and jokes that if they were dating, he would get drunk every night and they would “talk naughty”.
Later, as the Udaariyaan actor walked out the door, Archana told Priyanka that Ankit reminds her of Jamie Dornan from Fifty Shades of Grey. “Isko dekh ke na mujhe woh waali picture ki yaad aati hai, woh english waali. 50 Shades Of Grey. Aise he boss hota hai na, mujhe iski yaad aati hai. My favorite movie thi woh,” she said. Priyanka agreed with Archana and asked her to talk to Ankit about her feelings.
Meanwhile, talking about the captaincy task, recently the garden area of Bibi House was converted into Dhobi Ghat. Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary, Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqueer Khan had pasted their photographs on their respective laundry stalls. At each stall some clothes were being dried on ropes. While the contenders were allowed to get these clothes dirty, each participant also had an assistant who kept the clothes clean. Soundarya Sharma cleans Ankit’s clothes and helps him win the task. Hence he was declared as the new captain of the house.
However, even though Soundarya acted as a washer for Ankit Gupta and helped him win the task, the latter saved Sajid Khan and Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary from nominations. Soundarya later expressed her disappointment for not saving her in the nominations.
