Apart from winning the Bigg Boss 15 trophy and a cash prize of Rs 40 lakh, Tejashwi Prakash played the lead role in Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 6. In the grand finale episode of Bigg Boss, host Salman Khan announced Tejashwi’s next venture, which was followed by a stellar performance by the new Naagin on the block.
After enthralling the audience by playing an incredible game, Tejasswi will carry the baton and play the lead role alongside Bigg Boss 15 co-contestant Simmba Nagpal.
This season of the fantasy-mystery show will see the Naagin queen ‘Best Naagin’ travel far and wide to fight the most powerful enemy in the show’s history. ‘Best Naagin’ will fight a global crisis that has become a threat to the very existence of humanity.
Featuring an ensemble cast of Sudha Chandran, Urvashi Dholakia and Mehak Chahal, this season of ‘Naagin’ will soon air on COLORS.
Earlier, fans had speculated that Mouni Roy or Divyanka Tripathi would play the role. Rubina Dilaik’s name was also suggested by many people.
Meanwhile, Tejashwi and Prateek Sahajpal were the top two finalists of this season of Bigg Boss. Former boyfriend Karan Kundrra made it to the top three. Shamita Shetty dropped out, while Nishant Bhatt picked Rs 10 lakh for the trophy. Rashmi Desai, who made the top six along with these contestants, was eliminated in Saturday’s episode.
The grand finale episode was also attended by former Bigg Boss winners including Shweta Tiwari, Urvashi Dholakia, Gauahar Khan, Gautam Gulati and Rubina Dilaik. Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shehnaaz Gill appeared on the show to pay tribute to her late friend and her season winner Sidharth Shukla.
The housemates of the eliminated contestants and finalists of Bigg Boss 15 were also present to support them.
