Bigbang’s Taeung and wife Min Hyo-rin are expecting their first child

K-pop band Big Bang singer Taeyang and actress Min Hyo-rin are expecting their first child. The couple, who tied the knot in February 2018, are soon to become parents, South Korean news agency Hankook Ilbo reported on Monday.

According to a report by South Korean media portal sumpyMin’s agency confirmed the news report and said that it is true that the actress is expecting her first child. The agency further told Sumpi that the 35-year-old actress is “happily” waiting for her baby boy and she looks forward to giving birth quietly. The agency’s statement also noted, “We seek your understanding of not being able to answer further questions.” It is reported that Min is currently in the final stages of her pregnancy and was seen by residents of Seoul’s Hannam-dong neighborhood, where the couple lives.

Taeyang and Min officially confirmed their relationship in 2015, after South Korean media posted rumors and reports of their dating. The two first met on the set of Taeyang’s music video for ‘1AM’ in 2013. The couple tied the knot in 2018 in a low-key ceremony conducted by actor Ki Tae-young. Taeyang is a member of the sensational Big Bang K-pop group which also includes G-Dragon, Top, Daesung and Seungri. Earlier this year, Seungri was Sentenced Sentenced to three years in prison for his involvement in the Burning Sun nightclub scandal, where he provided prostitutes to foreign merchants.
