BIG setback for Uddhav, now his nephew joins Eknath Shinde camp

Mumbai: In one more jolt to former Maharashtra chief minister and Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray, his nephew Nihar Thackeray has reportedly joined the insurgent Sena camp led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. In line with studies, Nihar met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Friday and prolonged his assist to the latter.

It could be recalled that Nihar Thackeray is the son of late Bindumadhav Thackeray, the eldest son of Sena founder Bal Thackeray. 

A press release from Shinde’s workplace launched after the assembly mentioned Nihar Thackeray will begin his political journey beneath the CM’s management. Nihar Thackeray, who has stayed away from politics all this whereas, is married to the daughter of BJP chief and former state minister Harshvardhan Patil. 

 

 

Final month, Shinde led a revolt within the Shiv Sena and walked away with practically 40 get together MLAs. On June 30, he took oath as chief minister with assist of the BJP.
