Big relief to Kumar Vishwas: High Court stays arrest; Hearing on cancellation of FIR will continue

Famous poet Kumar Vishwas has got a big relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The High Court has stayed his arrest. At present, this interim relief has been given to Kumar. Now the hearing on the petition for dismissal of his case will continue. The full order in this matter is yet to come. A case has been registered against Kumar in Ropar. Kumar is accused of making false allegations of Kejriwal’s links with Khalistan. This decision of the HC has dealt a big blow to the Aam Aadmi Party and the AAP government led by CM Bhagwant Mann in Punjab.

Kumar had tweeted the pictures
The Punjab Police has registered a case against Kumar in Ropar’s police station Sadar. After this, the police reached his Ghaziabad home to serve summons to Kumar. Its pictures were tweeted by Kumar Vishwas himself. He also warned CM Bhagwant Mann that on whose behest he is doing all this, he will betray Mann and Punjab.

AAP supporter alleges, was called Khalistani after Kumar’s interview
In this case, the police has registered a case in Ropar. In which the complainant told that he was roaming in the villages with AAP supporters to settle the grievances of the people. During this some masked persons stopped him and called him Khalistani. It all started when Kumar Vishwas accused AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal of having links with separatists.

case against alka lamba
A case has also been registered against Congress leader Alka Lamba in the same case. He is accused of making false allegations in relation to Kejriwal through interviews and social media. Alka Lamba had also come to Ropar to join the investigation. However, the police returned it saying that the case file has gone to HC.
