The layers of the attack on AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi should be exposed, but the police are being layered layer after layer. The CCTV footage of the spot tells something else, Owaisi is telling some more stories from his statement and tweet. At the same time, the story (second FIR) made in Pilkhua police station after 12 hours is presenting a different picture from both.
If the links of all three are added, then not a single link seems to be connecting with anyone. Everything has become contradictory. In Owaisi’s tweet, a pistol was shown to have fallen on the spot, while the police wrote on record that pistols have been recovered from both the attackers. In such a situation, when the matter comes to the court, the attackers are sure to get the benefit of doubt. At present, political parties are trying to take advantage of this doubt, but the intelligent people of Uttar Pradesh are understanding everything.
Two people have been imprisoned in CCTV. The story of police and Owaisi is different.
What do the pictures of CCTV say?
Shubham fired the first bullet, later Sachin fired the second bullet on the car. Two footages of the incident have surfaced. According to both, the attackers were in front of the booth and Owaisi’s car behind. First, Shubham is seen shooting in a red hoodie, which is later seen hitting a white car. This car does not belong to Owaisi. After that Sachin in a white hoodie shoots bullets, that too at another vehicle. It could be Owaisi’s car. After that both run away.
What do Owaisi’s statements say?
Bullets were fired before the barrier, when the explosions took place, then asked what happened, Yameen said – Brother, there has been an attack. Saw the red hoodie was firing. Yameen hit the car ahead and drove our car forward. The man in the white hoodie opened fire on the Fortuner who was following us. Owaisi tweeted the attack at 9.49 pm, in another tweet at 9.49 pm, the pistol was dropped on the spot at the toll booth, which did not have Kalawa.
This pistol is being told to be recovered from the spot, on which Kalawa is tied.
Police’s second FIR: Both opened fire together, pistol was found in their possession
Yameen lodged an FIR (0045) of the attack at 9.35 pm on 3 February. The investigating officer, Abhinandar Pundir, lodged the second FIR (0046) on his behalf after 12 hours at 9.32 am. According to this, Sachin was caught at 11 o’clock in the night, then a pistol tied with Kalawa was confiscated from his possession. Later, when Shubham was caught at 4 in the morning, he got his pistol hidden in the sugarcane field. Both of them opened fire together, Owaisi had seen Sachin shooting, so they bowed down then Sachin fired down.
Owaisi was attacked on lane 16 of this toll booth.
There is a confusion in this story, 6 lies are clearly visible
- Owaisi says that he came to know about the attack after hearing the blast and telling Yameen. That is, he did not see Sachin firing nor did he bow down, but the story of the police says that Owaisi saw Sachin firing.
- Owaisi made a tweet at 9.49 pm on the night of the incident which showed the spot, in which a pistol is seen lying on the spot, but the police arrested Sachin at 11 pm and Shubham at 4 am and told to recover the pistol from both. So how did the pistol seen on the spot disappeared from the police records.
- According to the FIR of the police, Sachin’s Facebook page is in the name of patriot Sachin Hindu and he wanted to kill Owaisi only because of his anti-Hindu speeches, so Sachin was in constant contact with Arif, who contested elections in Dhaulana from Owaisi’s party. The story goes that there was a friendship between Arif of Owaisi’s party and the patriot Sachin Hindu.
- In the first FIR of the attack on Owaisi, which Yameen has filed, he has also written the names of the witnesses of the incident, but in the second FIR of the police, when the arrest of Sachin and Shubham, as well as the recovery of the weapon used in the crime, the scene is written. The compulsion of not getting an independent witness has been written sometimes by telling the night and telling the cold in the morning.
- In the police’s FDR, Sachin says that he had planned the attack on January 22 in Ghaziabad. He also went to the meetings of Meerut, Kithore on the day of the incident, but there was a crowd so did not get the chance. He saw the opportunity at the toll booth itself, but in 70 km between Kithor and the toll booth, there are 3 places where the car is slower than the toll booth. There is neither CCTV installed nor people are present there.
- There is also a contradiction in how many bullets Sachin fired. Shubham fired one shot, then it did not fire, he had 10 bullets, 9 were recovered. Sachin had 12 bullets, 7 recovered. That is, he spent five bullets. Two bullets hit Owaisi’s car, where were the remaining 3? The police have no answer for this.
