There has been an avalanche in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. The mountaineering team of the Navy has come under its grip. According to the information, a 20-member Navy team was climbing Mount Trishul. At around 5.30 am on Friday morning, five crew members and a porter accompanying them were hit by an avalanche.

All 6 people are missing since this incident. Navy and administration started their search, but till now they have not been traced. A rescue team has also been sent to Mount Trishul from the Nehru Mountaineering Institute.

The Navy team had left about 15 days ago to climb the 7 thousand 120 meters high Trishul peak. When the team moved on Friday morning, they were faced with an avalanche. 5 team members and a porter got trapped in the avalanche and have been missing since then.

UG admission cut-off list released in DU

Delhi University (DU) has released the first cut-off list for admission to graduate courses. The maximum cut-off for BA Hons, Psychology course in Jesus and Mary College has been fixed at 100%.
