The court on Monday was hearing a plea filed by Vajhe seeking to put himself under house arrest for three months. However, opposing Vajhe’s plea, the NIA has said that if this is done then it is possible that the accused may abscond. Vajhe has undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) a few days back.
