witness is absent
The Judicial Magistrate wrote that instructions have been received from the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur for speedy disposal of cases older than 5 and 10 years. In such a situation, keeping in view the age of the files and the case due to the continuous absence of the witness for the evidence in the court, it is directed that the witness Bhagwan Singh’s son Samudra Singh should be searched from heaven to Hades and ensure the service of the testimony is done. Evidence can be recorded in the files in time. Time bound disposal of old cases can be done. The desired summons, bailable warrants and arrest warrants of the witnesses have been sent to you in the past.
