The Prime Minister has said that the process of withdrawing the laws will be started in the next Parliament session. According to experts, this process can be completed in at least 3 days after the commencement of the Parliament session. The Parliament session is to begin from November 29. That is, after 12 days from today the process of withdrawal of law can be completed.

- First of all, the government will introduce a bill in this regard in both the houses of the Parliament.
- This bill will be passed by both the houses of the Parliament on the basis of majority.
- After the bill is passed, it will go to the President. The President will put his seal on it.
- After the President’s seal, the government will issue the notification.
- Agricultural laws will be repealed as soon as the notification is issued.

The government can also withdraw the law through the Supreme Court
The matter is also pending in the Supreme Court on agriculture laws. If the government wants, alternatively by giving an affidavit in the Supreme Court, it can also give its consent to repeal these laws. After that the laws can also be repealed by the judicial order of the Supreme Court.
