AAP Roadshow In Himachal Pradesh: Buoyed by the electoral victory in Punjab, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has started preparing plans for Himachal Pradesh, which is slated for elections in November 2022.

AAP has chosen Mandi, the home constituency of incumbent Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, to start the election campaign. Party’s national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Today i.e. on Wednesday, we will do a road show in Mandi. Elections are due in Gujarat as well as Himachal later this year. At the same time, AAP has also announced to contest Shimla Municipal Corporation elections.

This is the first time that the AAP has entered the hill state where it has been a two-sided contest for a long time.

The AAP had last month formed an 8-member team for the Himachal Pradesh elections to expand the organization and chalk out an election strategy in the state.
