Bengaluru: Ram Lalla Idol Sculptor Mobbed At Airport

Bengaluru: Arun Yogiraj, the accomplished sculptor behind the revered Ram Lalla idol enshrined at the Ayodhya Ram temple, experienced a warm reception upon his return to Bengaluru.

The Mysuru-based artisan arrived at Kempegowda International Airport’s Terminal 2 (KIA) at 9:30 pm on Wednesday night, where he was greeted by a jubilant crowd of well-wishers, including supporters from the BJP and eager members of the media. CISF personnel escorted Yogiraj from the terminal, marking a joyous homecoming celebration.

There was commotion as police officers pushed back both media personnel and the public who had assembled to welcome him.

Right after Yogiraj emerged from the terminal, his family, including his wife Vijetha and child, welcomed him. As journalists tried to interview him amidst the crowd, city police stepped in and swiftly escorted him away.
