Bengaluru Airport Launches BLR Pulse App: Check Real-Time Flight Status, Queues & More

Passengers flying out of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR Airport) will now get a whole new way to experience the airport with the launch of ‘BLR Pulse’ – a personalized digital travel buddy to meet their needs . Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) – the operator of BLR Airport, in collaboration with Greymatter Software Services, has created an omnichannel platform ‘BLR Pulse’. “The app eases common pre-travel fears like long security queues, waiting times etc. It also enables passengers to navigate within the terminal buildings and on their journey on departure and arrival by providing essential information about the airport in real time Allows you to have control.” Bial said.

It added that the interactive chatbot feature in the app enables a self-sustaining way of finding answers to various questions, which will be further improved over time. BLR Pulse provides real-time updates at various passenger processing touchpoints including entrance gates, check-in counters and security screening areas, while delivering flight status updates directly to passengers’ mobile or email inboxes.

In addition, the ‘Wayfinder’ feature allows passengers to easily find their way through the airport. Passengers can book transit hotels for their short-term stay or complete their last-minute flight check-in, BIAL said.
